FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier, but will ocassionally utilize UPS. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order and ship it out.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of purchasing, feel free send an email to info@tarrbeauty.com.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS (or UPS) for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the shipping provider. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. If you have questions about shipping and delivery please send an email to : info@tarrbeauty.com.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
Pre-orders are processed within 5-10 days. Orders may take 6-15 days from shipment date to deliver.
Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
